`${millis}` variable in templated paths is being replaced with the wrong value

It is being replaced with epoch millis rather than millis in second.
${ms} is correctly being replaced with epoch millis

Replace

with

        path = replace(path, "millis", () -> dateTime.getLong(ChronoField.MILLI_OF_SECOND), 3);
