CUERipper: non-EAC-style log does not add Test CRC when selected #379

According to the documentation here, "Test & Copy" info should be added to the log file. While this is true in the EAC-style log, it doesn't seem to be for the non-EAC-style log (this EAC-Style Info Section).

I did two rips, one with EAC-style logs and one without. Both with "Test & Copy" checked.

EAC-style logs look like this:

Track 1

     Filename C:\01. Cringe.wav

     Pre-gap length 0:00:02.00

     Peak level 99.9 %
     Track quality 100.0 %
     Test CRC A0C415AE
     Copy CRC A0C415AE
     Accurately ripped (confidence 41) [67538324]
     Copy OK

But non-EAC-style logs only have one CRC32 column, no Test CRC and Copy CRC columns. The log info is the same with and without "Test & Copy" checked.

Track Peak [ CRC32 ] [W/O NULL]
 -- 99.9 [D33A5F94] [C95D6F07]
 01 99.9 [A0C415AE] [0B040DE6]
 02 99.9 [78C3829A] [AC9C1844]
 03 99.9 [BD79BF42] [991854A5]
 04 99.9 [B00E95B8] [B23BFDE8]

The EAC-style log changes when "Test & Copy" is checked, and Test and Copy CRCs are added. The non-EAC-style log stays the same whether "Test & Copy" is selected or not. I guess just changing the documentation would be one fix. But it would be nice to have the Test and Copy CRCs in all logs for further/future verification, especially if the user is taking twice the time for that validation/information.
