When with inviting individuals to the group in GCcollab the message is repeated twice for the English and French instructions?

The user is including a personal message when sending an invite to her group. That message is in French and English
The issue is that the system also send the auto-generated message to the users.

So the message is repeated twice for the English and French instructions

If you use a personal note, should not the system-generated message stop? Is this as designed?

For the development team

Idea for future enhancement, if the user adds their own personal note, an automessage would not be generated
