Add Previewer for FileTyp audio/x-wav

The existing AudioPreviewer also works with file types (contentType) audio/x-wav.

UVa added the same "Play Audio" curl command w/ "audio/x-wav" as a contentType and it worked. Suggest adding it as a separate Previewer section.

A PR for this would be welcome. In general there are many variants for any give type, e.g. see https://mimetype.io/audio/x-wav. In these cases it's valid to add any variants you're seeing in the wild.

Thing in development/under discussion that will make this easier are the new Dataverse Marketplace, which can have one entry that generates the configuration required for multiple MIME types, and the idea that we should refactor the externaltool api to allow a tool to be registered for multiple MIME types versus having a new registration for each type.
