Use the Tika in Dataverse

Dataverse already includes tika - the exporter jar could be a lot smaller if we could use the one in Dataverse already. Not sure what's needed - perhaps using the parent-pom instead of just the spi pom? (If I recall, Dataverse currently has 2.9.1 and the exporter uses 2.9.2, and there's a 3.0.0 that we could move to).
