Started on this, opened #106 with SAX resistor models (rsil, rppd, rhigh) as a first pass.

Let me know if the structure looks right and I'll follow up with capacitor and inductor if all good?

Hello Mark, if you end up creating models that are very general or could use a generalized helper function we should try integrating those in Sax (https://github.com/flaport/sax/blob/main/src/sax/models/rf.py). You can take a look at how https://github.com/gdsfactory/quantum-rf-pdk/tree/main/qpdk/models tries to do this.
