Can the tileLayer of ipyleaflet to load image data that from remote server?

Teacher,
Now, I use the ipyleaflet to load image data from remote server, By parsing the URL returned by the server, I can get image data from the url, And want to rewrite the TileLayer of ipyleaflet make it can load image data.
So How do rewrite TileLayer class of ipyleaflet? I has take some days to think the problem, but not think out it.

What web services are provided by the server? Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF? WMS? XYZ? or something else?

The server provide url and gain the tile data by parsing the url , just like the following, {"data":{"type": "raster", "data": [1, 1, 1, 1]}}, the inner data is a array format and it is a image. the url like the https://stamen-tiles-a.a.ssl.fastly.net/map?{token}.
I want ipyleaflet direct load the data to show in the map or rewrite the ipyleaflet Tilelayer class to render data to map.

And from the gee basemaps learning, whether i can configuration the url png, just like the following Watercolor dict,
use the format realize load tiles data.
