Feature request: listen for incoming requests

I don't know if this is the right place for a feature request. I need my app to listen for incoming requests therefore I need an API call to bind and to listen. Given the fact that there is no other capacitor (or cordova) library that provides tcp listening functions and this plugin is actively maintained and looks pretty complete this library looks the best candidate to implement this feature.
