Flatpak for aarch64 appears to be outdated

Installing on PostmarketOS / OP6T, the sleep timer is the old style slider not the new radios, building and installing a flatpak as done in #1011 gives the new style timer. Even stranger, the about section shows 1.3.0 on the flathub installed version.

Hi! Actually, the latest released version is indeed 1.3.0, which doesn't yet have the new sleep timer popover. It only exists in the master branch of this project, for which I haven't bumped the version number yet.
