Support setting a time zone for query results #460
Description
Similar in spirit to geldata/gel-cli#1705 but I imagine for the UI we might be able to leverage the browser locale and maybe opt into or out of automatic localization or being able to set it explicitly to some value.
The use case here is, as in the linked issue on the CLI, doing business analysis in the REPL or query builder, and needing to jump through hoops or add boilerplate to your query to see results in your local time zone (or some set time zone that has business significance).
