Is there any learnable parameters in the mel feature_extractor?

Thanks for the good job, I am learning the training code, I had guess there is no learnable parameter in the mel feature_extractor, but in the project the feature_extractor parameters are pushed into the optimizer. so I am confused, is there any learnable parameters there? thanks for helpping.
