Feature: Configuration to block / ignore drive items with x labels

Would be great to have a configuration option to set a list of labels and values where if this workspace item has this label and value, then it can't be read. Common for enterprises to have classifications for item sensitivity where even if you're google user has been given access, certain sensitivity classifications could be blocked out in aggregate from being reachable by LLM
