Does LARIS support 3D spatial transcriptomics data?

Hi @genecell, thank you for your work on LARIS. I am writing to ask if the current implementation supports 3D spatial transcriptomics datasets? I would like to know if the model can process inputs with 3D spatial coordinates. Thanks!

@feasiblee Hi, thank you! yes, LARIS should work with 3D spatial data, as it's based on nearest neighbor graph. Please let me know if you have issues running LARIS on 3D spatial transcriptomics data.
