Looks like the human pathway can be updated based on PMID:38159853, i.e., can the generic protein enabler of reaction R-HSA-2408541 be replaced with a UniProt protein like INMT (O95050) or TPMT (P51580)? Figure 1 of the paper shows that INMT can mediate the conversion of methylselenol to dimethylselenide, the conversion shown in reaction R-HSA-2408541, so that reaction has been edited to replace the generic protein catalyst to INMT. The paper also alleges a role for TPMT but I can't find clear evidence in the paper, so I didn't try to assign it a role in the reactions that sequentially methylate selenium.
