Geode download manager is completely broken when the game is in fullscreen

• I confirm that this bug is NOT related to a mod but directly to Geode Loader itself.

It occurs with every single mod, disabled or enabled, or even with no mods on

Expected Behavior

It should download normally like in windowed mode

also sorry for the lag when it's in fullscreen my pc is pretty bad

Actual Behavior

Download manager broken

• CURL errors
• Extremely slow download speeds
• Download game lag

Steps to Reproduce

It's in the comparaison but i don't know if it happens to everyone

i know it's most likely caused but fullscreen
also i don't know if it's an OS bug since i'm still on windows 10
