Request: net tutorial to create tabulated EOS for ASPECT

Dear developers

I've been able to create a .tab files readable from aspect thanks to this discussion:

Anyway, it would be cool to have a full and complete tutorial here that is linked to the ASPECT's manual. Many steps were not intuitive.

Although interfacing with other codes is not a high priority for BurnMan, I think this Issue is worth keeping open.
