This pull request adds a check for the Python version before running tests in each different directory within the
test.shscript. This helps ensure that the correct Python interpreter is being used and makes debugging easier if any issues arise due to Python version mismatches (for example, if pyenv local has ever been set in any burnman subdirectories).
