No sph_dynamobench for dynamobench_case_1

I was following the commands written in dynamobench_case_1/README one by one, but at step 4, I got an error saying that sph_dynamobench was missing (and indeed, it was not there).

Hi, I eliminate the utility program 'sph_dynamobench' to generate required data for Dynamo benchmark for Ver. 2. Instead, the dynamo benchmark data is written during the simulation by turning on the dynamo benchmark output switch in control_MHD.
However, I forgot to update the documentation and control files in examples. I updated the control files and README for dynamo benchmark for Case 0 and 1 in the new branch 'Fix_Examples_for_V2.0' and made a pull request. Please check 'Fix_Examples_for_V2.0' branch.
