Compute reference direction (up) from the coordinate system

## Description

Compute the "up" reference direction from the coordinate system and store it in the auxiliary field. This functionality is already in SpatialData.

This is needed to get a horizontal along-strike direction in an Earth-centered, Earth-fixed coordinate system.
