[opensearch] firefox fails when trying to enable opensearch

maybe the behaviour is intentional, but anyway want to flag that firefox is not able to add pycsw opensearch as search engine (Seems chrome moved away from supporting opensearch)

Reproduce:

At example.com/index.html add opensearch link to

<link title="Search" rel="search" type="application/opensearchdescription+xml" href="/opensearch"/>

(seems this is not yet the case in https://demo.pycsw.org/gisdata, instead this is used:)

      <link rel="service" type="application/xml" title="OpenSearch endpoint" href="https://demo.pycsw.org/gisdata/opensearch"/>

• on the search bar, when entering pycsw, you will notice an extra icon with a green plus in the pull down

click this icon, firefox will try to add the website as a search engine

• but then fails with

or should we just give up on opensearch (like chrome), amazon will be happy :-)
