output format csv for getrecords/items request

got a request today of a user that wants csv as output format of getrecords or /items request

I had the same request from UC2 stakeholders in soilwise project

important to understand which parameters are expected in the csv output, obvious properties, such as id, title, abstract, data, organization... Special focus for the fields which have multiple instances, such as contacts, themes, ... an alternative here could be to place the raw xml of the source in one of the properties

ogc-api (unline csw) does not have a summary/full parameter to control which properties are exposed
