no favicon on 2024.02

Describe the bug
the existing html should load /favicon.ico since 63b5f42:

index.html:        <link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/png" href="/favicon.ico" />
indexTemplate.html:      <link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/png" href="/favicon.ico" />

instead, in the served html page the <link> element with shortcut icon ends up with a strange generated href:

<link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/png" href="dist/ef46db3751d8e999.ico">

that file exists in the webapp, but is empty:

-rw-r--r-- 1 tomcat tomcat 0 Feb 28 11:04 /data/tomcat/georchestra/webapps/mapstore/dist/ef46db3751d8e999.ico

maybe some webpack issue ?

apparently the served/bundled favicon is the empty one from https://github.com/georchestra/mapstore2-georchestra/blob/master/favicon.ico added in #715
