Add MCP tools for listing Basecamp Message Boards and Messages

Could you please add support (implement tools) for listing the following Basecamp resources in the MCP server?

Message Boards
Messages

Having these tools available would unlock a lot of additional use cases and make the integration much more complete.

Hi @carlos-izquierdo, thanks for the issue!
I've now merged a PR that adds Message Board, message, and inbox tools to the MCP server. I tested this through Claude Desktop and seems to work well. Please let me know if any issues.
