no config file

By default there is no config file. Can it be added at install time?

I had to do the following to make it work:
mkdir ~/.config/gerbera ; gerbera --create-config > ~/.config/gerbera/config.xml

Yes, I agree it’s starting to be a pain to initialize the file

Need to do some research about standards for generating files.

Previously we removed auto gen because it violated a few distro standards.
