Contract nodes that are contained in other nodes #26
Description
When we have nodes that are
- not boundary nodes, and
- have only one neighbor
Then we should contract them to that neighbor. We should - transfer population, area, and any other 'tally'-type statistics to the neighbor, and
- not transfer perimeter.
We can just pass a list of the columns that we want to carry over.
