Add data from shapefile while graph is being built

The user should have the opportunity to specify which data columns they would like to add to the graph.
This can occur while the rook and queen graphs are being built as background jobs.

The UI shows the column headings and a preview of the first few rows, and highlights columns whose names are promising (contains substrings like 'pop', 'aland', 'votes').
