On the receive page we should be able to choose a new option (Bolt 12) to make a bolt 12 offer for receiving (e.g. for Ocean mining payouts).

The Bolt 12 option should be clearly marked as beta and have an alert saying it will only work if the user has a channel with a node that supports onion message forwarding
