Git, clone directories

Just started evaluating Arcane using projects via Git sync to an environment using Edge agent.

Having a structure like this:

config/
  - config.yaml
compose.yaml
.env

Which seemed to fail for me as it didn't get the config/ folder and its contents.

Is this by design? Can I configure it somehow to clone call peers (same level as compose.yaml) and their children?
