⚡️ Feature: Git Sync deploy only in specific time window #2144

Feature Description
Add configuration that allows to restrict git syncs to a limited time window (i.e. 3am to 5am). Similar to what is already available in Portainer.
Problem It Solves
In a 9 to 5 business environment where services are provided to colleagues, it would be good if git changes are only applied at night to avoid service disruptions.
Proposed Solution
A setting for every git sync where I can input a time range where the deployment should be updated. Or even a single global setting per environment similar to Portainer.
Alternatives Considered
A workaround could be working with different branches and an automation that moves changes from one branch to another every night.
