As a user I want to have a place that I can chat with other users so that I can send messages back and forth

- Make a chat room screen
- Should have a way to send a write and send a chat message
- Should be able to attach a photo
- Should be able to delete/edit messages and view photos that have been sent
- Also should provide way to download full resolution photo
