Incompatibility between Distance Rate Shipping and New React Base Template with WPML

Description:

There appears to be an issue with the compatibility of the Distance Rate Shipping plugin and the new React-based template when using WPML. Both the Distance Rate Shipping feature and the new React base template do not seem to work properly when WPML is active.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install and activate the WPML plugin.
2. Enable the Distance Rate Shipping from the vendor dashboard.
3. Check the new React base template.
4. Observe both the distance rate shipping tab and the React base template by changing the language in WPML.

Expected Behavior:

The Distance Rate Shipping plugin and the new React base template should function correctly when WPML is enabled, without causing any issues or conflicts.

Actual Behavior:

Both the Distance Rate Shipping feature and the new React base template do not work properly with WPML enabled. The issue can be observed in the following video references:
