The cart button does not work properly on mobile phone.

Description of the issue:
The cart button on the topbar works on PC but does not work on mobile phones.

How to reproduce:

1. Activate the Dokani theme.
2. Visit the page from mobile phone

Expected behavior:
The button should work on mobile phones just like it works on PCs.
