Offer product doesn't appear

In the Upsell Order Bump module, the following functionality is not working properly: To reproduce the issue, the following steps are given below:

Steps

1. Activate the Upsell Order Bump module.
2. go to the create new button and create an order bump

After creating a bump list, go to the store and select any target product. And click on the checkout button to checkout.
Here, the problem is that the offered product doesn't appear.
