Build succes but but the test case is not running.

I run the test successfully with the same code and the same configurations in my local , but when I run through the server, the scenarios do not run. I couldn't make a conclusion from the log, can you help?

My test scenario doesn't matter, there is a scenario to open the mobile application and wait 10 seconds.
