Gauge under Apache license

I was looking at Apache downloads site "https://downloads.apache.org/". Just curious whether Gauge should be available here?

Gauge uses the Apache license for it's source code. However, it is not a part of the Apache Foundation only projects that are a part of the Apache foundation are available at https://downloads.apache.org/ as Gauge is not a part of the Apache Foundation you will not find it there.
