Cannot update Admin Panel - Flex Objects is required in version 1.4.0-beta.1

Hello,

I'm getting this error when trying to update admin panel from v1.11.0-beta.3 to v1.11.0-beta.4

Dependency Flex Objects is required in version 1.4.0-beta.1which is higher than the latest release, 1.3.8. Try running `bin/gpm -f index` to force a refresh of the GPM cache

I've run bin/gpm -f index as suggested but the problem remains.

I have Flex Objects at version v1.4.0-beta.1

What can I try next?
