Watching all discussions

I would like to subscribe to these discussions, rather than check in from time to time. Answers like this https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/4141 suggest I should see a Watch button at the top of the page, but none is visible.

I'm sure this is something stupid, like maybe I can only Watch in my own fork of the repo. All help gratefully received.

Oh, why didn't I think to look on the main page?? Maybe just maybe because it's not what I want to watch. Nice one Github web UI and thank you @Jogai.
