Textare link dialog: `Cmd+S` leads to `[object Object]` inserted

Root cause

When Cmd+S is pressed while a dialog is open, panel.events emits dialog.save, which calls panel.dialog.submit() directly and with no arguments.

In modal.js, submit() falls back to value ??= this.props.value. For toolbar dialogs (link, email), props.value is the initial value object passed when the dialog was opened (e.g. { href: null, title: null }), not a formatted string.

This raw object is then forwarded to the TextareaInput's submit listener, which calls document.execCommand("insertText", false, object) — causing the [object Object] insertion.

What should actually happen

As when clicking the submit button of the link dialog, Cmd+S should also trigger first the browser's native form submission, which goes through the dialog component's own submit() method (in LinkDialog.vue). That method formats the link as a proper KirbyText/Markdown string before emitting to panel.dialog.submit(formattedString). Cmd+S bypasses this entirely by calling panel.dialog.submit() directly.
