Loading cache long time (Obsidian startup)

Describe the bug

I tried to identify what is causing the very long loading of Obsidian with this loading bar (check screenshot section)

And I disable all plugins and tried to enable one by one and see the impact on this problem. After disabling this plugin the obsidian blink and it is ready in 1 second. When enabling the plugin that loading bar appears and it can stay like that more then minute before obsidian starts fully.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install plugin
2. Re-start Obsidian

Expected behavior
No 1 minute loading of the cache during startup.
