[FR] Add read date/file creation to template

I like to have `date-created: ` and `date-read: ` in my yaml frontmatter. But I don't think I have access to that data via the existing template variables. I'd appreciate those being added.

As a side note: I wish that Matter could leverage Obsidian's built in templates, but I understand that it is hard given the special template language needed.
