[rdsdata] Missing params

execute_statement receives all these params https://docs.aws.amazon.com/rdsdataservice/latest/APIReference/API_ExecuteStatement.html#API_ExecuteStatement_RequestBody but moto currently receives only resource_arn and sql

Hi @dacevedo12! Considering the execute_statement is mocked, and the returned data is completely static, most of these parameters would have no effect on Moto's behaviour.

Which specific parameter would you like to see support for? Can you supply an example/test case to show where Moto doesn't behave correctly?

You're right, for the mocked use case it has no effect. I discovered it while playing with a modified version that actually talks to a local postgres instance 😅

We could still add it for the sake of completeness if it's fine
