Add an optional background cron job that synchronizes zone data from the DNS master (PowerDNS or BIND9) or the cloud provider back into Domain Manager.
This would allow the panel to detect changes made outside the system (e.g., manual edits directly on the DNS server) and keep our internal state consistent.
Not required for a typical setup, since Domain Namanger is expected to be the single source of truth for zone management.
Can be implemented later if users have hybrid workflows or legacy setups.
