Simplified Local Setup for Redash with Docker

Hi,

I wanted to share a project I've been working on that simplifies the process of running Redash locally using Docker. While setting up Redash for local testing, I found that there wasn't a straightforward, well-documented method available. This inspired me to create a Docker-based setup.

It would be great to have a official project like this, allowing easy setup for testing.
