Add hour/minute granularity to dynamic date range option

I've submitted a PR that adds time range options to help address query load issues when searching over long periods. I believe adding custom options would further improve usability. I’d appreciate your feedback.

I think this requirement is a personalized function, not universal enough.

Can users customize this configuration, or can each dashboard define different configurations? For example, some data is more suitable for minutes or hours, while some data is more suitable for days or weeks.
