Documentation for Snowflake data source setup

Hello,
Does anyone know a guide to fill the data source setup form for Snowflake ?
I have connected my snowflake instance to a few other tools with success, I get failed connection response on Redash self hosted when testing the data source and the error message is not helping.

Since Snowflake has many ways to identify the instance we're connecting to, could someone tell me what are the account details values to set in the field "Account" and "host" ? I'm very confident that all the other details I filled are correct, except these.

The form could use a documentation on where to find the values needed for each field.

Redash is just using Snowflake Connector API to connect API. "host" is your Snowflake hostname.
