make nginx optional? + make redash listen only on localhost optionally?

First and foremost - great tool to visualize arbitrary Database Query Results!
This will help us improve reporting from our ERP System.

I have two suggestions.

1. I'd like to have nginx only optionally included in the installer / setup / compose file.
   Reason:
   I'd like to use Apache2 (installed via apt) as my Reverse Proxy instead.

2. I'd like to have redash listen only on localhost optionally, or even by default.
   Reason:
   I'm reverse proxying anyways for easy SSL Handling, so I dont need, nor want redash to listen on all interfaces.

I could probably also create a PR with appropriate changes, if thats helping ;)
But, I wanted to ask first.

Both of your proposals make a lot of sense for flexible deployment scenarios:

1. Making Nginx optional - This would be very useful for users who prefer Apache2 or other reverse proxy solutions
2. Making Redash listen only on localhost - This is indeed a good security practice when using a reverse proxy

These are excellent enhancement ideas that would improve the flexibility of the setup script while maintaining security best practices.

We would absolutely welcome a PR for these changes!

Some implementation suggestions:

• Add command-line options like --no-nginx and --localhost-only
• Update the Docker Compose configuration conditionally based on these flags
• Ensure the documentation reflects these new options

If you're willing to create a PR, that would be fantastic. Feel free to start with either feature - they can be implemented separately or together.
