Logs are missing from `sourcemaps upload`

Some debug logs are missing from sentry-cli sourcemaps upload

Specifically, when running with --log-level=debug, we would typically expect logs for all outgoing HTTP requests. However, the POST requests to /<org>/chunk-upload/ and the final assemble endpoint calls appear to be missing from the logs.
