Spend Allocation docs should say it's not available for trials.

Suggested Solution

Normally when something is not available for trails, that is mentioned in the docs, e.g. https://docs.sentry.io/organization/authentication/sso/#scim-provisioning has a callout for "This feature is available only if your organization is on a Business or Enterprise plan. This feature is not available on Trial plans."

We should have a callout like that in https://docs.sentry.io/pricing/quotas/spend-allocation/
