Flaky Profiling Tests

We're currently skipping the following Profiler tests because they're flaky:

• Profiler_ThrowingOnSessionStartup_DoesntBreakSentryInit
• EventPipeSession_ReceivesExpectedCLREvents

We should either find a way to make these less flaky and re-enable them, or remove them entirely.
