Phoenix Live View Support

Provide integration with [Phoenix Live View](https://github.com/phoenixframework/phoenix_live_view), to better captures errors and create telemetry in the form of spans and traces automatically.

There is already support for Phoenix as documented [here](https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/elixir/integrations/plug_and_phoenix/). This ticket is to consider further improvements.
